چکیده
The coffee nursery is susceptible to endoparasitic Pratylenchus coffeae. Application of biological method in the suggested control nematode population and maintain seedling health. objectives this study were observe ability Arbuscular Mycorrhiza Fungi (AMF) Glomus spp. liquid inoculant Helper Bacteria (MHB) consortium Pseudomonas diminuta Bacillus subtilis for increasing AMF colonization reducing infection P. coffeae Arabica their growth. A pot experiment was conducted using a Completely Randomized Block Design with four treatments five replications. spore inoculation without two concentrations MHB. treatment did not receive seedlings growing greenhouse three months. results indicated that MHB significantly reduced total number soil roots by approximately 30%; degree 50%. application increased root mycorrhizal fungi, but affect colonization. Seedlings treated had higher shoot length compared plant control; leaves dry weight affected all treatments. Even though fresh after treatment, lateral growth MHB-treated visually improved. demonstrated efficient reduce seedling.

Root-lesion disease, which is caused by Pratylenchus loosi , is one of the most important diseases currently impacting Iran tea plantations. This disease causes great economic crop impacts. Northern provinces, which supply much of Iran’s tea production, have been especially hard impact by root-lesion disease. The purpose of this study was to biological control the nematodes as one of the main se...

Eleven fungal isolates were tested in agar dishes for pathogenicity to Pratylenchus penetrans. Of the fungi that produce adhesive conidia, Hirsutella rhossiliensis was a virulent pathogen; Verticillium balanoides, Drechmeria coniospora, and Nematoctonus sp. were weak or nonpathogens. The trapping fungi, Arthrobotrys dactyloides, A. oligospora, Monacrosporium dlipsosporum, and M. cionopagum, kil...
متن کاملHost-range characterization of two Pratylenchus coffeae isolates from Brazil.
Two isolates of Pratylenchus coffeae were collected from coffee roots (in Marília, São Paulo State, Brazil) and Aglaonema (in Rio de Janeiro City, Rio de Janeiro State, Brazil) and maintained in the laboratory on alfalfa callus. Twenty-four plants were tested in the greenhouse to characterize the host preference of these isolates. The host ranges of the isolates differed from each other and, in...
